Dear Folks at Olympic Hottub, My wife and I have enjoyed the simplicity of the Silk Balance system, which allows us more free time. Hi Alice, Here's a picture of me holding a bottle of Silk Balance sitting in from of my Hotspring JetSetter tub. I can't believe I waited so long to switch to Silk Balance. I should have done it a few months ago when I first learned about it. I must admit, I was hesitant to spend the extra money to "switch" to a system I really didn't know anything about. After some research and a couple calls to Linda at the Fife store I decided to make the switch. Boy, I'm sure glad I did. The first thing I noticed about Silk Balance was how silky and smooth the water felt and also how my skin felt both in and out of the tub. These were immediate results!! Also, I've noticed less "water spots" on my tub shell as this water is much softer and dries cleaner than the chemicals I had been using. I like the fact that this is so simple to use and I don't have to test my tub for chemicals and play the yo-yo game of getting the PH and Alkalinity right. Every week, I just pour in some Silk Balance and I'm done. I'm so convinced that this is the best way to go, that I signed up for the auto shipment program for both Silk Balance and the silver ion cartridge for my tub. Besides saving money on the Silk Balance using auto ship, I have the peace of mind in not having to remember to run to the store to get more. To the folks at SilkBalance Hi, I have had the Jetsetter model since May 2007. We have really enjoyed our hot tub, especially in the winter during ski season. I travel a lot and look forward to getting home to my personal soothing soaks. As soon as it came to the spa store, I switched to Silk Balance for water chemical balance. It made the water feel so good and simplified the maintenance routine greatly. I highly recommend it to all my friends who have hot tubs. What a great improvement!!

We love the ease and convenience of our new Spa Maintenance System... SILKBALANCE. Prior to using this product it took hours and loads of chemicals to start up a new fill. All the measuring and water tests that were required to get it balanced and maintain that balance...... what a hassle! We love just being able to simplify the whole process. Hi Sandie, Just want to take a few minutes of your time to once again thank you for introducing me to the chemical "Silk Balance" for use in our spa. Silk Balance has sure changed my way of maintaining our spa. Before putting Silk Balance in our spa, I spent more time maintaining the spa, than enjoying it. Having to spend a lot of time, trying to get all the chemicals balanced, keeping it clear, clean, and odor free only to have to repeat it all over again the next day. I am sure that most of you who own a spa know what I am talking about. Now that I have started using Silk Balance, thanks to your Sandie, all I have to do is put in 4 ounces of Silk Balance once a week and, bingo, all of my work is done for the week and I can really enjoy our spa. No more taking a bottle of water from my spa and to Great Atlantic for testing, going back home and adding what their test shows and waiting for things to get right before being able to use the spa -- you all know the drill and what I am referring to. It is so much easier to spend maybe 3 to 4 minutes adding 4 ounces of Silk Balance to the water, and forget doing any more adding this and that to the water and waiting for everything to come together before climbing in and relaxing. Also, some of the chemicals we had to use in the past would irritate and dry my wife's skin, causing her to have to rub down with a special cream to keep from doing a lot of scratching. This would happen if she used the spa two nights in a row. Now she is able to go in as often as she wishes without any problems at all. Thanks again for introducing us to "Silk Balance" and encouraging us to use it.

Having used our new Silk Balance spa treatment, and after five years of painstaking bottle management the old way, I'm a believer. It's amazingly simple and it works! SilkBalance does what it says, its easy, We like that it is very easy to use - just measure out about 4 ounces and we're done. No pH or other levels to fuss with. Water feels good - smells nice and there are no chemicals to rinse off once you get out of the tub.

Dear Energy House: Last year I replaced my old hot tub with a new HotSping Vanguard portable spa from the Energy House. My first 6 months became a disaster using 10 to 15 different chemicals. This up, that down, refresh this, and on and on, only to end with a "ring-around-the-collar." My filers clogged up with too many different chemical adjustments and had to be replaced at great expense. Then, to my rescue, the good people at the energy house introduced me to their new treatment by Silk Balance. Now, I simply add 4ox of Silk Balance and shock weekly, and that's all!!! Hi All at Hanson Spas! We have had our Caspian spa for nearly 2-1/2 years and have loved every minute of it! The only thing that has bugged me is the constant "fiddling" with the water chemistry. I learned a lot in two years and have been able to keep it balanced; however, it takes a lot of time and there ends up being some downtime for the tub, too. This also required timing the "fiddling" so we could use the tub when we want... A few months ago we switched to the Silk Balance system and it has been fabulous! I was a bit skeptical at first that a single product could do everything that all the other bottles of "stuff" and my mad scientist routine were doing to keep our tub running smoothly and cleanly. It did not take long for me to be convinced that Silk Balance is doing the job! What a time saver . . . and I don't have to worry about what I will find when I open the tub. Our water is consistently crystal clear and ready for soaking. This makes my time in the tub even MORE relaxing... I have no clue how it works, but every time I test the results are perfect. So I am not going to question it! :) I've attached a couple of photos with this e-mail. One is me actually using Silk Balance and one is of "Happy Me" because that's all I had to do!!! Dear Mr. Hiner, I just wanted to drop you a quick note, and attractive picture of me with my new IHT hot tub. Thanks so much for providing all the necessary chemicals to treat this spa. I was under the impression I was going to have to get out my old science school book to look up PH and the like to keep my spa "clean". WOW was I surprised when I only had to use Silk Balance. I have never had a spa, and always hear the stories about having to check the water all the time to make sure it was "right". Oregon Hot Springs Spas, Maryann has used our Hot Springs Hot Tub with Silk Balance several times. The good news is that unlike chlorine or bromine, Silk Balance is working for Maryann is she very happy with this product. Thanks for making us aware of Silk Balance. It is working great.

To those that doubt, I have been converted! For the past 4-months I have faithfully used “Silkbalance” to regulate my hot tub’s water chemistry. It is so simple – every Monday I put the prescribed 4 oz amount of this magical potion into the water and viola! Water stays clean and smells so good, too! No hard chemical smells and drying effects on the skin…a great thing since members of my family have very sensitive skin. I like the fact that after you’ve taken a nighttime soak, you don’t feel the need to shower before going to bed to get the chlorine/bromine smell off your skin! I truly amazing product and am very glad I was presented with the chance to become a regular user. Now, can you do something on a large scale for my pool!!

Hello Alice, This letter is to let you know I really enjoy using silk balance in my hot tub. I use it regularly and it is so easy and convenient to use. Once I have everything set up with the proper ph balances and such, I just add it and it takes care of the rest. I really appreciate that. Although that is the main reason I made this purchase, I am also pleasantly surprised at how good it makes my skin feel. It just seems to help keep the water crisp and clean. We started using Silk Balance over a year ago when we got our new tub. The product is fabulous. Just add 3 ml once a week and your water is good. No daily testing is required. We really enjoy how smooth the water feels. We use our hot tub a fair amount. When, it is cold outside just adding Silk Balance once a week beats testing your water and adding chemicals frequently. We highly recommend this product to anyone who likes hassle free water maintenance.

I don't like using a lot of chemicals in my hot tub. I was always having a hard time keeping the water clean and clear and the PH balanced. Silk has been the perfect solution. The water requires less maintenance and stays clean and soft. Silk doesn't leave any harsh chemical residue on my skin either. I would recommend this product to anyone who owns a fresh water hot tub.
