We are so happy to use SilkBalance! We have owned a Hot Spring Aria for 2 years now and are very particular about our water quality. Lyle uses our spa almost daily for its relaxation and therapeutic impact. The SilkBalance Product has been very good in our spa. It performs as a much better product than what we have had in the past. It smells very nice and feels good also it leaves the water feeling very soft on the skin. I really like that it doesn't make me cough like the Bromine and Chlorine. I have been extremely happy with the Silk Balance product. I am a new Hot Tub owner and I was dreading the water testing, chemical adding process. Dan, After using Baqua Spa for many years, we were ready for a product which was not so cumbersome with the maintenance of water quality. Hi there- We Just wanted to say how much we are enjoying out Hot tub we bought from you! We have used it so much - We also wanted to say how much we love the Silk Balance - The entire family has noticed a big difference in our skin - it is soooo soft now since we started using the Silk balance - We also LOVE the fact we can get out of the hot tub and just go to bed - we don't have to shower its awesome to not have the smelly chlorine you usually have when not using silk balance! Dear Maureen and Dan: We have owned and used a hot tub for about 30 years. For many of those years, we were both able to relax in our own spa. However, about 5 years ago I developed respiratory issues, and when I sued the spa, I coughed and felt awful for a couple of hours after that. We talked to you, Maureen, about the problem and you suggested the Silk Balance treatment plan. I am comfortably able to use the spa now; no problems with the chlorine or bromine smell, so no wheezing or coughing. Thank you so much.

To Whom It May Concern, When Mainely Tubs told us about Silk Balance we were skeptical. They said no more chemicals and no more testing. Just shake n pour 4oz a week for perfect water. We thought wow this is to good to be true, but they were right. Before Silk Balance we used our hot tub maybe once a week. Now we use it 4-5 times a week and enjoy it more. The difference in the water makes our skin feel great. The word "silk" says it all. It's funny before we started using Silk Balance the dogs would not go near the hot tub, they did not like the smell of chlorine. Now we can't keep them away! They like it too and would go in if we let them. Thank you for offering such a fantastic product.

I was having a problem keeping my spa water balanced, clear and not smelling like chemicals. I started using Silk Balance this winter and all my spa issues have been corrected by using this product. Dear Silk Balance, We have been spa owners for over 10 years and have never conquered the battle to achieve proper Ph -- until now! With Silk Balance, the days of trying to find the right mix of Ph Up and Down are over. Just once-a-week application allows us to operate our spa virtually maintenance free and all of the odors we've had to endure before are gone -- not to mention the way it makes our skin feel (what a dramatic difference). We are so pleased that we made the change to Silk Balance and would recommend it to any spa owner.

To whom it may concern; I would just like to thank Ivan, at the Pool World Valley store for suggesting that we change our hot tub water care system to "Silk Balance". I have never been happier. We used another system for many years and I began to have a sensitivity to the chemical smell of it. We switched to Silk Balance at the first of the June and have enjoyed the fresh water smell, ease of care, and the nice feel of our skin. It is so simple all we do is add one 3 ounce capful of "Silk Balance" once a week to keep our Hot tub crystal clear. To whom it may concern, Silk Balance... "It is as easy as Ivan says it is!" Having never owned a spa before, I was skeptical about the chemical maintenance required to keep clean and sanitary water. I had heard stories about the demands of multi chemical treatments and water testing etc. As simple as it sounds, you add Silk Balance as prescribed and it takes care of the rest. Everyone that has sat in the tub has mentioned the fact that they don't smell "chlorine", which is and added bonus of suing Silk Balance. Dear Pool World, I am writing to share my experience with the Silk Balance water care system. I have to admit that I was skeptical of the product claims, but my wife had asked me specifically to stop in and investigate the product, as we were in need of spa supplies anyway. My wife's response upon first entering the ps after the initial Silk Balance treatment was, "the water feels so soft." Being a man, it took me a few minutes to appreciate the "soft" feeling about the spa water. Ultimately I did agree with that assessment but was more struck by the sense that for the first time, I didn't feel like I had crawled into one of Vincent Price's vats of acid and that staying too long in the chemical brine would leave me, what my daughter would call, "a bone man". That is a skeleton to the rest of us. In short, the Silk Balance experience has been a blessing both to the sensory enjoyment of our spa and the ease of maintenance it has brought to our ownership experience. This is great product! Silk Balance keeps my spa clean and pH balanced with a lot less effort. The water feels so soft and my skin doesn't smell like chlorine when I get out. I was skeptical at first, but no more ... Silk Balance really does work as advertised. Dump in a half cup once a week and let Silk Balance do its thing. Chlorine use greatly reduced and no need to check the water pH everyday because it stays in balance. The water smells better, feels better and looks better ... Thanks Silk Balance! Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern: My family and I bought a Tiger Springs Sumatran Hot Tub about three years ago. During most of that time I was the only person in our family who used the tub consistently. Our kids were too young and felt the water was too hot and my wife didn’t like the residual chemical smell left on her body afterwards. I myself, disliked the constant measuring and adding of chemicals. Fast forward a few years, now our kids are five and three and enjoy the warm water. And since switching to Silk Balance my wife loves soaking two to three times a week to relax and soften her skin. I love the ease of maintaining the tub with the Silk Balance product. Dear Alice, My wife and I were very excited when our new Hot Springs Sovereign II Hot Tub was delivered in January 2010. We have owned a hot tub for almost 20 years now and were skeptical of changing to the SilkBalance program. We have now been using our new hot tub for more than two months and to our surprise the SilkBalance is indeed all it was cranked up to be. Not only is our water clear, fresh smelling and soft to the skin; the maintenance program is simple and effective. We literally use our hot tub daily and usually can't wait to climb in, because we are so relaxed and refreshed after only 15 or 20 minutes use. Our skin feels soft and there is no chlorine smell. I would indeed recommend the SilkBalance program!

We had given up on the spa .I was thinking about just getting rid of it and filling in the deck where the spa is. For a year, no one could use it. Believe me our eyes had had it. My great-granddaughter couldn’t even get in because of the stinging eyes. As you can see from the picture the eyes once again have it and just look at the smiles. Now we all use it.

To those wondering about buying SilkBalance, We have been hot tub owners for 16 years. This is our second hot tub and first time users of Silk Balance. What a great product! Easy to use and best of all - no chemical smell. A bit pricey but well worth the cost. We now use the hot tub almost daily.
