We have a had spa for over 20 years and recently replaced our old spa. The dealer metioned SilkBalance and we thought we'd give it a try. We are very surprised how easy it is to use. Dear Jen, I was very frustrated with the other chemical systems I used for our Hot Springs spa, and was thrilled to find the SilkBalance system. It is simple to use and my skin feels silky smooth. My grandma and grandpa bought Silk Balance to help the water be soft on their skin and Grandpa has arthritis. They like it and asked me if I would pose for them. Since I am not camera shy, I said yes. They let me get in the tub with my life jacket on. Grandma has a little duck in the water that we play with. My younger brother and I climb on the hot tub cover when they're not looking. You may think my name is funny, but I really am a nice boy. We really do like the product. Thanks ! Grizzly |

Dear Olympic Hottub, My wife and I love using the SilkBalance in our hot tub. We switched from Bromine and a lot of other chemicals to SilkBalance a few months ago. Eliminating all those chemicals has not only cut down on the maintenance of our hot tub, it is practically fragrance free and stays crystal clear. We used to have a lot of trouble with the water getting cloudy and smelling really bad. Now, we can get out of the hot tub feeling silky smooth and without that horrible chemical smell. Dear Charlene, Thank you for the opportunity to tell you how thrilled I am with my recent switch to Silk Balance! I have had my spa for 10 years now. Not a day went by that I wasn't fussing and testing the water. It seemed like I spent more time correcting the water than enjoying the spa. I recently got fed up with the process and returned to your store to ask for help! The staff introduced me to the Silk Balance product. I must say I was a bit sceptical. But now into my 3rd week of the product I can say..."Silk balance where have you been? What took you so long?" The water is clearer than I could have imagined. No more odor...no more need to shower after using the spa to get rid of that nasty bromine smell and skin dryness. My husband has rather dry skin in the winter months and he is thrilled with the product. I have told all my friends with spa's. And...having signed up for the free automatic shipping now alleviates the 45 min drive to pick up chemicals. Thank you so much...I recommend everyone give it a try. SilkBalance is so much easier to keep the water in balance. I don't miss testing the water or adding the different treatments at all SilkBalance makes it quick and easy with no guess work. As a bonus, my wife who never would add the chemicals will do the weekly SilkBalance. The water feels silky soft and is cleaner too. I think we use the tub even more since we switched to SilkBalance. When you get out of the tub there is no more odd chemical smell and no itchy skin. We also like to use a small amount of the Magma Onsen Japanese Bath Powder. It is soothing, has a pleasant smell and adds a nice light aqua blue color to the water - a little goes a long way. Jeff Lewis |

We have a Hot Springs Tiger River Spa, the Caspian and were having trouble keeping our water balanced and clear. We had several trouble shooting conversations with the helpful folks at Hot Springs and were still having problems. On a trip to the store getting more supplies to try and resolve the issue I spotted a bottle of the Silk Balance and asked about it. The Sales person was quite positive about how much better he felt the product was and easy to use. He was right!! I am the mad chemist who kept and keeps our spa water clean and balanced, as you can see in the picture, my husband is enjoying the great results from our switch to Silk Balance. This product is amazing, We love it and would recommend it to anyone who wants a great, clear water and sanitary spa with far fewer chemicals ($) and so much less work. Alice, We purchased our Tiger River Spa Bengal Model MM from Jon Hutter in the Issaquah store in August of 2007. It has been so helpful as I have been in several auto accidents and the Spa is very helpful in relaxing back and neck muscles. Jon has always been so professional and helpful. My wife enjoys the Spa as well but found that she felt it seemed to dry her skin out whenever she used it. Recently Jon suggested we try Silk Balance in our Spa. My wife really felt the difference immediately and now enjoys using our Spa much more than she has ever used it before. I enjoy the Spa for the help I feel I get from it and I am pleased to have my wife join me most of the time now, as before she did not use the Spa half as much as I did prior to using this product. We purchased our first spa November 2009 from Hanson Spas. We took many years to research the right spa for our needs. One concern we had was dry skin from using the spa. Dry skin is a problem in Colorado anyway. Silk Balance has been the answer to this problem. It does not completely eliminate dry skin, but we can tell an obvious difference with Silk Balance. Our skin feels smooth and soft when we get out. We have thoroughly enjoyed our spa and Silk Balance. We endorse Silk Balance whole heartedly. Sincerely Mark |

SILK BALANCE; Worth It? weight in Gold! I am a single parent of three Teenagers and I work long hours. I tried for months to get my Hot Tub water correct and was spending over $100 per month in chemicals. Too much of this, To little of that, In the end I never used my Hot Tub. I also have severely dry skin in the winter and would usually itch from all the chemicals. Silk Balance is so easy to use and I have no need for strips or other chemicals. It keeps my water perfect all the time and my skin; well it actually helps. This product is worth so much more in time, effort and expense than any other product I have used. To Alice at Olympic Hot Tub, I am happy to share my experience with SilkBalance with you all. Before I started using SilkBalance if was experiencing a continuous difficulty with dry skin. Since using SilkBalance my skin is never dry even when I have spent 2 hours in my Hot Springs Hot Tub enjoying the conversation of friends. SilkBalance has also totally eliminated the cloudy water issues I use to have frequently. I am totally in LOVE with SilkBalance and feel it is well worth the extra cost. After purchasing our new Hot Springs Hot tub we tried several different chemicals for treating the water, none working quite as we would have liked. We than tried SilkBalance water care system and we could not be happier. Our kids when they may get water in their eyes they don? sting anymore. I have psoriasis and the other chemicals were really drying to my skin. SilkBalance makes our skin feel soft when we dry off. The water is crystal clear. The cost of all the chemicals we used to have to buy was probably more than the cost of this product to maintain our spa. To whom it may concern at Silk Balance, My family and I love your product! During the winter we all felt more moisturized then usual, just by relaxing in the hot tub. I also think that it has helped the longevity of our bathing suits... (which can be very expense). We will never go back to all of the harsh chemicals and exhausting routine we once had. TodoyI would like to write to you regdrdingy our product SILK. My husbqnds and I have had our hot tub for 2 years now. We hove always hoped for a product like SILK that would not dry our skin as the chlorine products had done. Both my husband and I have tattoos and were concerned about the drying and damage these products could do. Last summer we found your product, were ond still are very pleased with how easy it was to use, how clear it keeps the water, but most of all how soft it keep our skin. We no longer worry about damage that could happen. We have and will continue to recommened SILK to our friends who have hot tubs and those who are thinking about making a purchase. To those considering investing in this product; I love the ease and convenience of the SILKBALANCE Maintenance System. I do not need to measure chemicals or test the water as I needed to do with the old water treatment system. Not I know I am in balance with this product and my skin feels softer. It truly feels like silk. The thing that I have ever seen it before, even after three months of use. The way the water smells, feels looks and most importantly, soothes is amazing. To Dan – C/O The Hottub Store This is my third Hot Spring Spa and I have tried the Chlorine treatments and the Bacqua Spa treatments in my other spas. This time Cheryl recommended the SilkBalance to use with my new spa because I had been very unhappy with Bacqua Spa – I found it had a “slimy” feeling and made too much foam. By comparison my spa water with the SilkBalance is awesome, beautifully clear, no foam, and feels great on the skin. Our hot tub is a Black Pine Spa Hot tub (Dynasty). We have had this tub for about 8 years. The jets were becoming corroded and making noise, the company told us it's time to replace the pumps. After we did the initial maintenance procedure, that you recommend to do, then start putting in the Silk Balance our hot tub is like a new tub, no more corrosion, no more noise from the jets. Our skin feels great after each visit to the tub. We breath better and our tub stays beautifully crystal clear, as you can see. There are 5 of us that use this tub on a daily basis.
