No More Adjusting Hassles

Attached is a picture of me in front of our hot tub along with a bottle of Silk Balance. I have to tell you, Silk Balance has been a life saver for us. We were on the verge of getting rid of our hot tub because it was a major hassle trying to keep the various chemical systems in balance and to keep the hot tub clean. Even with weekly (or even daily) testing of the water, the systems always were out of balance with odors and constant water lines in the tub. We changed to Silk Balance in April after trying other systems for five years and the water felt as clean in August when I changed the water for the first time as it did in April when we changed it the last time and started using the system. Anyone that is looking for an easy to use system “that works!” should definitely consider Silk Balance. Our hot tub is a Sundance Optima which we purchased at Aqua Quip five years ago. To the folks at Custom Pool and Spas I wanted to provide my “words of wisdom” regarding this fine product, SilkBalance. After 5 years as a hot tub owner I was so tired of all the measurements and testing that resulted in different chemicals needing to be added. I never actually expected that a single product could take care of all of this and provide some sorely needed simplification to my life! After recently visiting my local dealer, Custom Pools, they informed me of SilkBalance. I was surprised and delighted with the results! On top of the ease of care benefit, my spa water no longer smells like chlorine and my daughter can use the spa without getting an itchy rash that used to result from the use of chlorine. Jack, I've owned and maintained a spa for about 10 years. Along with this is the regular care and maintenance required for both the spa and the water. I've been using chemicals for many years and constantly measuring concentrations. With my new use of SilkBalance, my spa life has become much less aggravating. The ease of use of SilkBalance is one thing, but the consistency of the water balances is another. The hassle factor is gone and water consistency is a snap. I highly recommend this product to any spa owner. It's the best and easiest system I've found.

Wow, We changed to the Silk Balance system three weeks ago. I am very impressed. In the past, I felt like a chemist working in a laboratory when it came to the chemicals for the hot tub. This included dumping the chemicals in the tub, using the strips to check the levels, the trips to Colorado Springs to have the water analyzed, and then readjusting the chemical levels. None of these steps guaranteed that the water would be clear or the levels correct. More often than not the water cloudy, regardless of what steps we followed. It all detracted from the time and pleasure of enjoying my hot tub. Silk Balance, has changed all of that. The most difficult thing that I have encountered with this product was trying to get it out of the packaging. It is easy to use and the results have been crystal clear water every time we have used the tub. Thank you Hanson Spa for bringing this product to our attention. Dan, After using Baqua Spa for many years, we were ready for a product which was not so cumbersome with the maintenance of water quality. We consulted with Loren, at the Hot Tub Store in Santa Rosa, where we purchased our tub four years ago. He recommended we try Silk Balance. We are very pleased with the results. Dear Olympic Hottubs, I absolutely LOVE Silk Balance. I use it and it makes the water so silky smooth. I don't want to get out of the tub. It is so easy to use and I don't have to worry about chemicals. This is the BEST PRODUCT EVER. Prior to using it I used to dread trying to balance my tub. It is a Hot Spring Sovereign I I love the tub but this has made life so easy and I use my tub more because I do not get out and have my skin feel dry. It feels silky smooth too. My husband and I are really enjoying the new Silk Balance product! We used to argue over who added which chemical on which day, and who was keeping track of the ph of the hot tub. This used to be a big stressor for us, but not any more!!! Now, it is so simple to have just ONE product to add, and the time that it saves us makes it even better!! We are the biggest fans of the new hot tub product Silk Balance. When we were told this product would take the place of six bottles we used constantly and unsuccessfully to keep the scum from forming on the inside of our hot tub, we did not believe them at all! Somehow we felt we were being taken for a ride. No Way would one product take the place of all those bottles. Boy, were we wrong! Silk Balance is a miracle. Gone are the six bottles of products that did not work, the constant cleaning and most important the scum line. Since we started with Silk Balance our hot tub has never been so clean and the added bonus our skin is so soft! True believers Richard and Sue Tynes |

I just wanted to take a couple of minutes and let you know how happy we are that we switched to using SilkBalance for our water care system for our Grandee Spa. Every Sunday became spa maintenance day with testing, adding, waiting, running the jets, waiting some more, adding some more, etc. I must say I would have much rather been enjoying our investment than spending the day treating the water which we can now do!!!. Since we started using SilkBlance, our maintenance worries are gone!!! We love the way our skin feels and the water feels regardless of how often we use our spa.
