Eliminates New Spa Ownership Fears

I have been extremely happy with the Silk Balance product. I am a new Hot Tub owner and I was dreading the water testing, chemical adding process. I purchased my Hanson's spa last summer after having surgery to replace both of my knees. Buying the spa was one of the best things I could have done for myself, since it was so therapeutic - both physically and mentally - after many months of recovery and physical therapy.

SilkBalance is the product we have been searching for! We purchased Silk Balance for our new hot tub and we love it. It has taken all of the guesswork out of what chemical mixture to put in the tub. We have well water at our home and it has alot of iron in it. SilkBalance has created the perfect balance of chemicals to keep the iron clear in our hot tub. We also love the way that our skin feels when we get out of the hot tub. We don't feel like we have dry skin.

As a first time spa owner, I wasn't sure about all the maintenance. However, with Silk Balance, caring for the spa is a piece of cake. Hanson HotSpring Spas,

We are the proud owners of used HotSpring portable spa. My husband's elderly parents bought a town home and did not want the spa that was sitting on their deck. We had wanted a spa for many years, and paid to have the spa moved to our deck. Then we read the manual about how to clean and maintain the spa. We were overwhelmed by the number of treatments that were required to maintain the spa, as well as the strange names of all the products we were given.

I went to Hanson's to buy the products we were short on from the description I read in the manual. It was to my great surprise and relief that I learned of the Silk Balance Water Care products. As a fairly new spa owner with a crazy busy schedule, I found the "old system" of having to test the PH and add the chemicals cumbersome and rarely did I feel comfortable with "getting it right" I love the fact that Silk Balance is so easy to use and does not have any of the chemical smell that we had before. The water is noticeably clearer and our Hot Springs Prodigy tub in general seems to stay cleaner without all the hassle of before.

We recently purchased a new Hot Springs spa in July of 2009. The dealer we purchased from recommended using the Silk Balance system. After using Silk Balance for the last 4 months our spar water has remained clean and clear. We like the idea of not suing the more corrosive type of chemicals to keep our water PH at its proper level. We also both noticed that it did make our skin feel soft.
