We bought our Tiger River Sumatran hot tub about 2 years ago. We started right off with SilkBalance treatment.

I was not looking forward to the chlorine smell that I had remembered about in other hot tub experiences. We were very pleased with this product, which keeps chlorine odor to an absolute minimum, and leaves the entire hot tub experience very enjoyable, and the water very inviting.
