One word: Fantastic!

The way the water smells, feels, looks, and most important, soothes is amazing. It is so simple to use that it just leaves all other treatment regimens we've tried in almost a decade of spa ownership somewhere back behind the starting line. I do not ever hesitate to tell my friends and acquaintances who own spas to get this product, it is that good.

Couldn't be happier to have switched - don't ever stop selling it, unless you come across something even better. But you'll have to convince me first!
